Novo Nordisk will collect and process personal data about you for the legitimate interest of Novo Nordisk to expand external access to develop solutions which can connect with certain of Novo Nordisk’s smart insulin pens, to verify status as eligible developer to receive Novo Nordisk’s smart insulin pen documents and to send the terms of use for signature, if applicable.

As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal data, you may at any time object to the processing, and/or request to have your information corrected. If you have any complaints about Novo Nordisk’s processing of your personal data, you may contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
